Job Description & Responsibilities:-
- Ensure smooth functioning of the process and compliance to procedures and policy guidelines
- Ensure Service Level Agreements for the process are met as agreed upon with the client
- Review and analyse performance reports against targets on a weekly/monthly basis with Team and with client and investigate causes for performance deviations
- Ensure process compliance with all business rules and regulatory directives, and adherence to all operational processes and procedures such as disaster recovery
- Monitor compliance adherence through timely audits
- Perform trend analysis on MIS/ data and identify deficiencies (tools, metrics and reports) and recommend solutions
- Develop strategic & tactical plans to identify, analyse and effectively respond to client’s needs, emerging trends and best practices
- Liaising with custodian, counterparty, traders and dealing teams
- Support process and procedure enhancements
- Responding to queries in line with stakeholder expectations and ensuring all responses are clear and identify the critical elements of the query to avoid potential rework at a later stage
Eligibility Criteria:-
- Good knowledge on settlements and market requirements
- Good knowledge on Investment Banking and Capital Market Products
- Good analytical skills
- Strong numeric skills
- Good time management, prioritising tasks to meet the deadlines
- Ability to adapt in a fast moving environment
- Any Graduation Degree.

- Independently perform the end to end process
- Good communication skills
