Job Responsibilities:-
- Sutherland is looking for a trustworthy diligent person to join our team as a Customer Service Consultant.

- Respond to chats and technical requests
- Manage prospective chat interactions with technicians, especially existing chat sessions.
- Enter the necessary orders in the computer system.
- Professionals should have access to information on goods and services, including technical assistance and guidance on solving problems.
- Determine, look into, and react to requests or difficulties from experts as required
- Transfer contacts to the proper employees as needed, according your training
- Notes, reports, and logs should be kept on the proper account.
- Inform Team Manager of any trends or technical issues.
- While offering outstanding service, meet the contractual goals and metrics for the client.
- Make suggestions for process upgrades
- Observe the allotted timetable and the attendance guidelines
- other tasks that management assigns
- Chat with customers and answer to tech support inquiries
- Take care of incoming chat contacts with technicians, including ongoing chat conversations.
- Put the appropriate orders in the computer.
- Provide product and service information to technicians, along with technical support and troubleshooting help.
- Determine, investigate, and address concerns or requests from technicians as trained
- When necessary, transfer contacts to the relevant employees as instructed.
- Record your notes, reports, and logs on the relevant account.
- Make Team Manager aware of trends and technical issues.

Qualification:-

Important Points:-
- Respond to numerous incoming calls from consumers about a variety of issues, including product questions, billing/refunds, etc.
- Update and accurately input client data and contact notes into the system(s).Respond to client concerns as soon as possible and complete your duties.
- Coordinate with other programme departments if a customer call cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact, such as a dispute over billing or refund issues.
- Meet and maintain necessary metrics and objectives.
