This is an opportunity to vie with the sharpest minds, establishing your aptitude on a worldwide stage while delving into the essence of artificial intelligence.
Wipro B-PRO 3.0 encompasses multiple stages of elimination, each surpassing the prior in its intensity. Navigate your path through these exhilarating rounds, putting forth displays of strategic acumen, inventive thinking, effective communication, and adeptness in problem-solving.
Traverse the challenging B-PRO and become one of the top 3 teams to don the Ultimate Pro title. This year, the Wipro B-PRO 3.0 will be based upon the theme ‘Ambitions Realized’.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The competition is open for full-time 2-Year Programme MBA graduates (batch of 2024) from a select list of institutes (Except ISB)
- Team Size: 3 members
- Cross-specialization teams are allowed
- All team members must have more than 60% marks in Xth, XIIth, Graduation, and MBA (pursuing)
- Candidates from the eligible list of institutes can participate in this challenge

Stages:
- Online Quiz Round: All registered teams are to attempt the Online Quiz Round. All team members are to attempt the Quiz individually. Questions will be based on Sales & Marketing, Finance, Operations, Human Resources and IT & Analytics.
- Executive Summary Submission Round: Shortlisted teams are to submit an executive summary of their proposed solution to the provided case in a 2-slider document format. The top-performing teams will move on to the next round.
- Detailed Presentation Submission Round: Shortlisted teams are required to deep-dive into the case and provide a detailed submission in the form of a 10-slider PPT for their proposed solution. The teams will be given a new complexity in the case study (as is often the case in the real world) and will have to adapt their solutions accordingly. Through evaluation, questions, and discussions, a Jury of Wipro Business Leaders will determine if your solutions have merit.
- Semi-Finale: The top qualifying teams will compete in a Virtual Semi-Finale and present their detailed solutions to the Jury from Wipro.
- Grand-Finale: At the Finale, the top teams will be presenting their solutions to the esteemed Jury and will get an exclusive one-on-one with Wipro Leaders.
How will you be judged?
Here are the judging parameters that will determine how you score and move through the challenge:
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills:
- How well do you understand the problem statement?
- How effectively can you identify the challenges of the company/situation, and find opportunities that will solve them?
- Can you analyze the available data as it pertains to the problem at hand?
- Communication and clarity of thought:
- How well can you convey your ideas and solutions through your presentations?
- Innovativeness:
- Can you think out of the box and come up with imaginative solutions?
- Can you identify new opportunities?
- Can you go beyond the standard processes?
- Strategic perspective:
- Do your recommendations have long-term merit?
- Do they fit in well with the company’s long-term goals?
- When tackling the case study, students should showcase structured thinking, emphasizing the role of AI solutions in capturing market share. This analysis should transcend specific industries and focus on the broader potential, with special attention to Generative AI/Chat GPT.

- Winners will receive a cash prize of INR 2,50,000
- Runners-Up will receive a cash prize of INR 1,50,000
