Job Responsibilities:-
- Serving customers, drivers, shippers, and Delivery Service Partners as an Amazon SDS Associate will help to ensure effective deliveries.
- You’ll be our English customers’ first point of contact by responding to their inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email.
- Additionally, you’ll employ a range of tools to efficiently interact with our clients, facilitate information flow amongst delivery stakeholders, and navigate and review solutions in real time.
- You will also be in charge of gathering intelligence in order to stop any possible issues that could harm customer experience and delivery performance.

Qualification:-
- Own a valid work permit for India
- English communication skills that are good
